Onychomycosis is a fungal infection that affects the nails; It causes them to turn yellow, dark and thicken, negatively impacting the emotional and social state of the presenter.
How does Onychomycosis Treatment Work?
The sessions last only a few minutes, 6 to 9 sessions are required with intervals of 4 to 6 weeks. The results are visible from the beginning of treatment.
Para evitar la onicomicosis es muy importante desinfectar adecuadamente el suelo de las duchas colectivas y evitar el estancamiento de agua. A nivel individual evitar zapatos sin ventilación y tener una buena higiene en los pies y manos.
Con tratamiento oral y tópico los resultados en la mayoría de los casos son muy lentos y es difícil alcanzar el éxito.
