Preparation

Do not use blood-thinning medications 72 hours before the procedure *Consult your doctor. Avoid acute alcohol consumption 24 hours before. Precleansing the area to be treated. Drink at least two liters of water the day before and during the day of the procedure.

After

Drink plenty of fluids in the 48 hours after the procedure. Daily light walking is suggested. In case of inflammation and/or hematoma take arnica every 4 hours and apply arnica cream.
